The experimental applied research group "Technologie per il Progetto" (TxP) operates in the field of optimizing organization and performance within the production of architecture and civil products. Planning, development, communication and control of projects are conducted using integrative methods for quality, environment and communication.
TxP operates in synergy with the Italian national network of PhD courses in Technology for architecture OSDOTTA. The TxP-group has in fact been generated out of one network node (Università di Firenze)targetting occasions for applied and experimental research for the young researchers and innovation for the industrial building sector.
The TxP group develops and applies methodologies and instruments to:
• project management according to international methodologies
• planning development according to international standard methods
• project communication according to international standard methods
• project control according to international standard methods
• project integration according to international standard methods
• project evaluation according to various methods
• scientific project editing and reporting in Italian and scientific English.
